Poor Service and Empty Promises
Outsurance will be very quick to meet or better any quote. They will however increase your rate every year by a significant amount and if you then contact them to cancell they will yet again match or better the new quote that you may have received. They will always use the OutBonus to try and keep you, and beware if you leave as any accumulated bonus will never be paid out despite not claiming.
A very unsatisfactory experinec in delaing with this company despite my many years of insurng with them....will I use them again.... MOST DEFINETLY NOT!
