Poor service and empty promises!

A client of Outsurance drove into my trailer on the N1 between Pretoria and Midrand. Because my trailer is a non critical vehicle to me and also not often used I do not insure it and had thus to deal with the Outsurance's legal department in order to claim for my smashed trailer.<br> <br> I submitted all the documents they required on 29 July 2015 after which I received a SMS to confirm. Ever since then it has been excuses about not able to contact their own client to assessors not responding to not having model names etc. Also promises about by the end of that week and the end of this week and we will call back by tomorrow and tomorrow never comes.<br> <br>
