Poor service and delaying tactics

<p>My mom's claim was handled in a poor manner from a poor service driven insurance company called Outsurance.She was recently adviced to take her car to one of Outsurance's supposedly reputable panel beaters in Spartan.They are called global autobody.A bunch of clowns according to my years of panel beaters experience. The workmanship from these people is so poor it's unexplainable and Outsurance as an insurer works cheaper for their clients. Just because my Mom is exempt from paying excess, Outsurance decided to con a pensioner in believing that her car will be fixed.The Global Autobody in Spartan is not so reputable.The car is still at the panel beaters since the beginning of the month, 3 weeks now.People, please do not consider Outsurance as an insurer. poor service reigns at outsurance</p>
