Poor service already

Took out a cover 2 weeks back , and spoke to Stancyn who was assisting me and gave a few high quotes which I could not afford eventually he gave me a lower quote under the basis that my access will be very high but after one premium can be brought down to 5500 once I am a client , when I called last week spoke to someone different but they said my first premium isn’t out yet this was only a prorata but the only time my acces will be reduced is if my premium went up , but stancyn did not promise that., then the guy said management will call me back to date no one has called me back what a horrible way to start a relationship
