Poor service
Just has the worst service experience with Thando Mashego who just suddenly hung up on with and never bothered to call back. I've been with OUTsurance for over 10 years and lately I'm thinking of jumping ship because of the poor service.
Been calling OUTsurance since this morning and I was told that they would get back to me. No one bothered. Requested that they change my broker because I don't get joy with Linah Mtshweni who is currently allocated for my portfolio. None of that has been done to date (the reallocation). I've been assisted by Fackson Nxumalo and never had any issues when was still at OUTsurance. Very frustrated...
