Poor Service

A week later after lodging a complaint my car that has been in an accident 2 months ago is still not fixed.... I am still without a car and they cant even come up with the out come of the voice recorder they said they are looking for... Its obvious they are hiding the truth that is carried by the recorder , I was told i am not going to pay the R7500 access from my pocket nd i was told that i wil be arranged a hired car should there be any need. Guess what this was all lies they just wanted to beat the qoute that i got from other insurance co.....<br> <br> It is now time to take this further.... I cant go on like this.
