POOR SERVICE
On the 20th July 2023. Someone bumps my car I called outsurance. And I explained to them what happened and I also sent a sketch to them I whatsapp it and emailed it to *** till today no one bothered to get back to me. It's ridiculous that I must pay excess of R5130 for damages just offer R6000. Why must I pay it if I didn't cause the accident. I will understand if the car is a write off or something small damages and the excess is so high. I'm a client since Nov 2021. And you just want to pay R2400 something for damages It's ridiculous . Please cancel the insurance. I don't want anything to do with outsurance. And secondly no one give me options for lower excess when I took out the insurance.
