Poor Service

<p>We have our buildings insured through Outsurance and haven't had a claim in over 10 years. We now having problems with our geyser and pipes that's been leaking as well as 2 massive trees that need to be felled as it's causing damages to our walls, and should it be strucked by lighting will cause damages to our house as well as the neighbors. Our geyser claim has been approved and it was subsequently replaced however the trees are still to be cut down and our swimming pool has cracks and should be fixed. Outsurance is now repudiating the claim for the swimming pool as well as the trees that is in urgent need to be cut down. We are insensed that Outsurance cannot assist us in this matter after years of loyalty from us and having our buildings cover with them. If this matter cannot be resolved we'll be obliged to take this to the Ombudsman.</p> <p> </p>
