Poor Service

<p>i called outsurance because i had problem with a gyser there is a leak from roof and this only happen when its hot than if you use hot water it stops , only when its hot but when its cold there is no leak i moved to my house october 2013 and i was terrified when they tell me that technician went out to check and he reported that my gyser its working perfect the leak its from the rain and i said if its the rain why only now what happened to all those years and actually they never inspected by going on top of the roof than story chaged that its a valve causing the leak another story came that the construction left a hole i really dont want to go through all this i have 1 year 8years and 14years kids inside the house and if that gyser busrst and damage my property somebody will have to pay for , to make things simple and eazy i need a report in writting from outsurance stating the cause of the leak on my roof than i can take this matter up from there </p>
