Poor service

Outsurance replaced my geyser a couple of years ago and their contractor fitted copper pipes when replacing the geyser. The copper pipes caused my galvanized pipes to rust, which resulted in the pipes leaking into my bathrooms wall. Outsurance came to replace the rusted pipes but only wants to replace the tiles in the damaged areas. This is not acceptable as the pipes would not have rusted if the copper pipes fitted by their contractor was properly grounded and the repair would not have been necessary. They only say that they are not responsible for matching tiles. When asked to speak to the supervisor it was promised that the supervisor will get back to me, which has not happened. I have now been unable to use the shower for almost a month due to poor planning on their side and blame shifting between the plumbing contractor and outsurance. I am very disappointed with the service from Outsurance.

We are very sorry about the frustration and inconvenience you have been suffering up to now.
Our claims manager, Anje contacted you after having consulted with our assessing team. We will attend to the tiling of the bathroom, as we worked on 3 walls and not only the damaged section. We also wish to thank you for understanding why we cannot cover mismatching.
Our service provider will contact you to make arrangements for the repair work to be attended to.

Dinky
