Poor service
Outsurance keeps on trying to deduct premiums from my ABSA account after I had canceled the policy this results in exorbitant ba k costs due to penalties for unpaid debit order. At this stage they have vist me in excess of R1200. I want these funds paid out to me immediately I am a pensioner and cannot afford this.
