Poor service
Good day
Yesterday, i requested an update on my insurance, the guy was quite keen to help, but not correct. Today i were more than 95 minutes on the phone to get what i need, people were unhelpfull and pethetic. Thanks heaven i tried once more tonight 1/8/19 just after 7, what a blessing. The Lady answerd the phone Kyjlane Spujt. She sorted me out with what i need without ups and downs. With the excelent service i recieved from her i will stay wtih Outsurance. Please employ more Kyjlane's. Thanks Kyjlane, keep up the excelant work.
