POOR service !!!

I have cancelled the above insurance policy at the beginning of 2019, I have sent 3 requests to outsurance to update their records at the credit bureau as this policy still shows as active which is affecting my credit score as well as to send me a letter confirming that the policy is closed. To date the policy is still showing active at credit bureau and I have not received a Confirmation letter stating that the policy has been cancelled and is no longer active. Very poor service!!!
