I had an accident in 2016. Some duco now starts peeling off and my bonnet started rusting several places. I contacted Outsurance and they are quite willing to have it fixed. They how ever expect me to provide for my own transport, which I think is unfair. The assessor whom looked at the repair work, mention that the work was poorly done. My question is, when the assessor inspected the vehicle after the accident, why was the job approved as being up to standard. Now I am sitting with the problem. In my opinion, the panel beater used was not up to standard and that is not my problem, but Outsurances problem. I am a pensioner and simply cannot afford a hire car at this stage. Dissapointed in their service and looking for alternative insurance now.
