poor service

i was bumped by an outsuarance client which the client accepted they are in the wrong , the clients car has been fixed , i claimed as a third party but they keep making me go up and down not solving my problem , most times when i call them they tell me that the person that is suppost to help me is not avialable but if i get angry and demand to talk to the person they direct my call to the person , Mr Sthembiso Letsoalo that is the legal advisor of Outsuarance and is the one responsible for my case always promises to get back to me but never does , i have been spending money on calls to them and also been spending a lot since my car is not working due to the accident, when i provide a quotation im always being told that i should go to panelbeaters for other quotations which does not make sence to me because i have been providing quotes and the offer they are giving is not anywer close to what is required.
