Poor service

I would like to alert existing Outsurance clients out there and possibly potential clients that might be lured to signing up with this unprofessional and bogus insurers. My mother is currently disgruntled with the kind of shoddy service she’s been receiving from Outsurance employees (Maletsatsi Sello and Raymond Pretorius). She recently took her car to BWM Autobahn in Kempton Park for repairs and until this day, the car hasn’t been probably fixed. The workmanship at this panel beaters is of poor quality. Outsurance does not authorize for replacement of broken parts but they therefore use bogus service providers to cover up the damaged parts on you car. My mother is a pensioner and Outsurance uses her age to their advantage. It has been an agonizing and painful period for my mother and the rest of the family. The car is still at the BMW Autobahn.
