POOR SERVICE

Very disappointed with Outsurance. Our geyser burst a week ago, we reported it to Outsurance. They sent out people to fix the problem, but they ended up making a bigger mess than it already was. Our power keeps on tripping if we switch on the geyser. We reported this to Outsurance immediately after we became aware of this problem. They sent out a guy who told us he was just out fixing another mess this company Outsurance uses to fix geysers made. After this second guy left, the problem still persisted, and we reported it to Outsurance again. They keep on promising they will send out someone to fix the problem, but it is now a week later and we are STILL waiting for an electrician to be sent out to fix this mess. It seems that Outsurance uses people who are not up to do a job to fix their client's problems. I will NEVER recommend Outsurance to anyone.
