Poor service

I requested a cancellation of my policy on the 26/10/15. Yet the cancellation was not done. Outsurance also tries to debit my account again! I want the money reversed immeadiately and my policy cancelled. I want no retaining done on my policy. After telling Kallin im not interested the debit order still goes through.
