Poor service

was involved in an accident - 2015/08/20, i was hit from behind by another party.<br> Myself and the other party involved have the same insurer, but the options i received my insurer were such a let down, (1) claim from my Policy wright off the car, walk away with owing no one a cent and lose my out bonus (not my fault), and having no car. option (2) claim from the individual's policy and i only receive a fraction of the cost to repair the vehicle.<br> <br> only fully resolved 2015/10/09
