poor service

I enquired about my fais credits with jolanda in January and she told me my credits were only verified in December 2014 and that they were busy loading them on inseta and they should show on the 1st week of February. Today I enquired again since in was the 3rd week of feb and they still weren't showing on ensita and now all of a sudden she tells me apparently people who did training in the month and year I was in training were not given credits since they were reviewing the programme. So this means that I was working in short term under the impression that I was fais acredited when I wasn't, and how did outsurace allow that when the FSB does not allow it?
