Poor repair service from Grorap Autobody, approved panel beater

I submitted a claim for a window being smashed out and the grill of my vehicle to be replaced.

Toyota assessed the damage and quoted my for the repairs. Ordering the parts will take 2-3 days with the actual repair work taking 1 day.

Unfortunately the quote from Toyota was R5000 more expensive than then quote OUTsurance obtained from there approved panel beater, Grorap Autobody.

The one thing that was not considered by OUTsurance was the free car rental from my policy, which definitely made it more expensive using Grorap Autobody.

As it may, I did not make much of the cost differential, as its for the account of OUTsurance.

The problem is coming in now that my vehicle is with Grorap Autobody for a month already, the free car rental expired, and I still have no indication of when the vehicle will be ready for collection.

The vehicle was delivered to Grorap Autobody on the 4th of April 2022, while today is the 4th of May 2022.

Surely something is wrong, as Toyota could have ordered parts and repair the vehicle within 3-4 days?
