Poor quality repairs by service provider.
I have given up on getting my claim and complaint resolved with Outsurance. Your service provider, Harkon Construction provide poor quality workmanship and support. I have no choice but to cancel my Car, Household Content and Building Cover with Outsurance. We have struggled long enough to get our house back into a livable condition and are forced to do the repairs ourselves, We will take our short term insurance elsewhere.
