Poor outsurance review

Had lightning strike to my property November 2017. Outsurance service has been atrocious from onset. Poor qualified contractors from Outsurance panel are send only then to say they cannot do the work. Delay after.delay No feedback. No project management taking place. Still outstanding problems since November with Outsurance not reviewing their own contractor reports.Truly appalling service.
