Poor or say no Service

I cancelled my insurance with outsurance this year after I was in an accident. The service was so poor, assisting with my claim. They recovered my access and paid it back to me. It's now almost a month we're I requested just a simple letter from outsurance to present to my new insurance they my access was recoverd by outsurance. I was 10 years with outsurance from were they was still now it is shocking.
