Poor Marketing and don't keep Promise
After a few calls in the past where OUTsurance called, quoted and can't beat my current car insurance and me asking for the R 400.00 money back , the agents simply just drop the call I received another call, this time I was sent the link to claim my money back. I logged on and attached my insurance summary, Only to find more information required .This is really bad marketing, you are guaranteed money back but when you want to claim are told about the Terms and Conditions.
