Poor life insurance with Outsurance
I like Outsurance and I have been with them for a while now. Car and home cover is great. I am giving a 2 rating because of poor life Insurance service. I was required to go for a HIV test, all good, but why can't I get my results???? The excuse is, they are not medically qualified to give my results. I provided them with my Dr's details twice and they do not respond. Are they hiding something???
