Poor Insurance Company

My car was damaged by stones that fall from a moving truck on my way back from Worcester. By stopping the driver of the truck I obtained the information about the transport company and heard that the owner is insured with Outsurance. I contacted Outsurance and file the claim with them. The quote from BMW was just a bit more than 50k. In the meantime, Outsurance bugs me endlessly to send them documents. After sending the documents to Jean 1, nothing happens. When I contacted them a month later this Jean guy states he did not receive all the documents and cant finalized the claim unless they receive the outstanding documents. At this stage, 5months have passed. Today a bit more than a year later no feedback whatsoever from Outsurance since Jean2 takes over from Jean 1. The damaged on my motor vehicle remains unfixed and the owner of the transport Company is not aware of this Dr. L. Fourie.
