poor excuse for not settling claim rear damages

I emphasize my damages is centre rear, there enough space and distance to stop but he was speeding and could not stop, he was driving so fast that he had to use his handbrake to stop (his vehicle tilted that's how fast he was, leaving brake marks on the road).You state your client was cut off? Then how is your client's vehicle damages front left and my vehicle damaged centre rear?The damages is evident enough that your client was the cause of the collusion.
