Poor customer service
On the 5th of Jan i called to review my dads car insurance and a lady assisted me. On the 23rd i received an email stating that the premiums are increasing in which i called immediately and there was no one to help and i was told i will be called back. Fast forward to two days ago when Sima handled my complaint and she used the oldest call centre trick in the book for dropping a call after asking her important questions which as a client i have the right too. So i will be cancelling my insurance and my dad’s insurance because clearly we are bothering the call centre agents! Where in you policy document does it state that if outsurance fails to debit from your account it is a missed payment even if a payment is made manually?? Thats was my question because no payment was missed and if you have a different definition of this term where is it stated??? That was my question to sima and she failed to answer me.
Further to our initial response to your review, we received feedback from our client care manager, confirming he was in contact with both yourself as your father.
Our advisor did not drop the call on you deliberately. She immediately tried to call you again and finally spoke to your father. This feedback was provided to you as well as the rerate increase and motor warranty cover which was taken out previously.

As stated to the guy, the lady DID NOT call me back. She didn’t speak to my father as my father always refer anything with insurance to me. My phone was never off either.
The guy who called de-escalated the issue and you guys are making me angry all over again! You can’t be expensive and still do funny things. Pick a struggle!
