Poor Customer Service

I have been trying to get alterations effected on the Policy and I have not been able to get hold of any of the consultants who assisted me in signing up the contract. I have tried to send emails to their specific addresses to no avail. This is baffling as the same consultant would not let me hang up on the day he was so eager to get me signed up.<br> This is so disappointing as the process is being delayed by this poor service. I did not think Outsurance would be associated with such.
