Poor costly service

For a long time they were great BUT, I used to have 26 motorcycles covered by them, and now they made a mistake that is costing me R28000, I had to switch between brokers multiple times and some brokers were better than others, one made a mistake on one of my vehicle details and at some point had that bike removed, and that bike then got ****** and I am now in the hole R28000. They had made mistakes previously on my policy but when I would confront them they would fix it and we move on, but now because of their mistake I am out of R28000. I appealed and they claimed to have investigated it, but have gotten no feedback except for one email claiming that they investigated the situation and still wont pay out, but I cannot even get hold of my broker to follow up on that
