Poor client services and empty promises

It's almost been a year since I had an incident with my car and it was sent in for repairs which took about 3 months with minimal feedback and updates. Then when I got my car back it came back with a noise and a faulty fuel gage. We sent it back and an assessment was done and I was told it's wear and tear and they won't fix the noise even though the car didn't go in with that noise. They did nothing about the fuel gage even after they said they would. I have been trying to get it sorted out for months now (since April 2022) and everytime I phone I either get told they will phone me back (which NEVER happens) or I get transferred from one department to the next until someone hangs up or doesn't pick it up. Whenever I request to speak to a supervisor there's never one available and they'll get back to me. I am so fed up with this and my car needs a service but cannot be serviced until the problem is fixed and the problem isn't getting fixed! And I can't move to another insurance either because the matter isn't resolved and I can't pay over R10 000 to solve something that is not my fault. So this is definitely a money making scheme where they keep you on a leash, get paid every month, and you as a client is stuck with no options or assistance.
