Poor client service with Outsurance.

Terrible experience with Outsurance assessors on my car claim. I have sent numerous e-mails and numerous calls to their call centre for assistance to no avail. The people are never available, and never phone back and even if escalated, people just don't care to phone back. Happy to share names if anyone from Outsurance cares. Miway looking pretty good right now.
