Poor client service

I currently have my dads car insured with Outsurance but I have been bearing the account since day one and had done all negotiations with regards to changing the vehicle details when necessary and as far as to adjusting premiums.

However, I had contacted Outsurance in the last week as I now want to add my dads household contents onto the current cover and was merely requesting a quote as one would normally assume that the premiums would be lower than a competitor considering I am now adding something on.

I was given the total run around just for a simple quote as the consultant had refused blatantly to speak to me even just for a quote. She had insisted on speaking to my dad for security reasons which I do understand but then again even if I just wanted a quote. Utter *******!!!

I had then told the consultant that she needs to make a note on her system that she needs to call me on Saturday when I was home with my dad so that he could just authorise for me to speak on his behalf but she never called despite her promises.

Seriously, for a mere little quote and to have been an Outsurance client for the last God knows how many years.

Undoubtedly I am considering taking my business elsewhere so that I do not have to deal with such arrogance.
