POOR ATTENTION TO DETAIL
They tried to debit on the wrong date and my bank charged me R120.00 for missed debit!!!

01 Jul 2020, 11:39I called in, was placed on hold for 7 minutes and got cut off. the lady did not even bother to call bac**** is this how you treat clients? Do you guys practice TCF? as i new client i am worried and i dont like to be treated as you are the only insurer in the world, i work for an insurance company myself for crying out loud!!!
