Poor advice & response

I have a car hire option on my policy, and when my vehicle went in for body repairs Outsurance did not offer me this. I have been without a vehicle for a week now.<br> <br> Outsurance's response was basicly a shoulder shrug and \\promise\to in future make sure that clients are offered this when they qualify. In the meantime I have been prejudiced\""
