Poor 3rd party claims assistance

I am attempting to make a 3rd party claim against Outsurance. Their service is abysmal. Their policy is that it typically takes 4 weeks to make a claim which is shocking. They take multiple days to respond to emails and when they do the responses are terse and unhelpful. I've sent through photos of the incident multiple times and they keep responding with "we didn't get them".
