I have been insured with Outsurance for almost 2 years now. I have logged a claim for my husband's car back window after our neighbor damaged it. Outsurance are refusing to assist me as this is not a accident. I am tired listening to all their excuses

Our claims manager Ronald has since been in contact with you to address your concerns in detail as well as to clarify our decision on the outcome of your claim. He further advised that the cover in place is essential cover and this does not include cover for glass damage. We firmly believe that your claim is not valid in terms of our agreement with you. Our decision to reject your claim remains unchanged. Regards OUTsurance
