Policy OT***2 ridiculous offer
Policy OT***2 never join this ****, they changed excess for TV from R1700 to R4500 without communication or seeking any agreement, My 55 inch TV had a problem due to electrical sage and they were offering me a voucher for R2900.00. Stay away you will be ****** never join these people they lie and also promise to call back which never happens.

You informed her that you later realised that the rerate communication was stuck in your spam folder.
She did explain that the excess of R4500 is only applicable to power surge and lightning claims.
All other perils have an excess of R2250.
She has assisted with this claim but sadly you have decided to cancel your policy.
