Policy Increase
<p>I was quoted R1584.35 for my premium when I did my changes in May, this month R2027.10 was deducted. Guys I was not advised of this, firstly your consultant confirmed that you increased my Jetta premium from 596.63 to 820.37 and the BMW from 661.93 to 852.09. Please look into my policy before I place my cancellation. If you cannot assit, let me know before 30th June 2016 and i will gladly take my business else where</p>

Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to look into the matter. Fairbridge has since made contact and confirmed the notification of the annual rerate was sent to you on the 25/04/2016 and explained unfortunately we could not assist with a better premium. If there is anything else you are welcome to contact him directly.

I have spoken to Andre today, please send me confirmation that my policy is cancelled at end of 31/07/2016, and no futher premiums will be deducted, as all Andre sent is why OUT and not IN, which is of no assistance to me after a 35% increase in my premium.
