Policy from outsurance i've cancelled

I've taken out a policy on 2014/04 but the same day i cancelled it. Till 2015/07 they still deduct the premium. After a email I've send they phoned me back and told me they will look into the matter but till today nothing. they stopped deducting the money but its 16 premiums they owe me.
