Policy Documents and Colour

1 . I called outsurance on monday to apply for insurance for my 2 cars. I have accepted the quote and was happy to be a outsurance client. So I asked for my contract and didnt get it,tuesday i called and didnt get it. No contract untill today. <br> 2. Outsurance informed me that my cars needs to go to pg autoglass for inspection and i took one of them for the inspection and now there is a problem with the colour of my car ! i know what colour my car is and i took photos and even the call centre agent agreed i informed them that this should be resolved or i will go back to the aa. <br> 3. Until now i didnt get my contract , was my car colour sorted out ? <br> <br> I hope you call me when everything is sorted out and i have all my details like it should be. <br> <br>
