Policy cancelled but debit order deducted
<p>I cancelled my car insurance, but my debit was charged for the full amount and not for the pro rata.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is highly disappointing as i had call outsurance to confirm debit order was cancelled but the consultant didnt bother to advise that another debit order was loaded.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am planning to cancel my Life insurance with them as well. dont ever want to deal with Outsurance ever!</p>

Shannon our client care manager has contacted you and discussed that your debit day was the 25th and the cancellation the 30th. We needed to collect premium to give you cover for the 5 days.
The advisor failed to inform you of this and we see this in a serious light. As per your discussion with Shannon we will attend to the refund.
