Policy Cancellation Request not Actions - Policy OT***8

I send an email to ********** on 11 September 2017 to request cancellation effective immediately and they havent cancelled. I explained to them that i could not afford the policy however no one has even bothered to action. This came after i was debited twice within a period of 2 week from the 1st debit order. This was not even a pro rata - these were full debit orders and i did not understand the logic. I also have another policy with them which i've had for over 4 year, i've been sending then quiries on it and not feedback.
