Policy cancellation

<p>What an awful experience trying to cancel a life policy with Outsurance. Notice handed to them telephonically and via email at the beginning of the month, daily phone calls from specialist trying to convince you why they are the best insurance company???? What the hell - I'm the customer just respect me and do what I am requesting without harresment or continuing to deduct for a policy which I wish to discontinue. No consideration as to the cost to cancel the debit order with them i.e. telephone & email and then you must go to a branch of your bankers to reverse the dedcution which should never have taken place.</p>
