POLICY BILLING INCREASE WITHOUT ANY CMMUNICATION

Good Day<br> <br> I have been with the insurance for more than 3 year and never claimed nothing instead in July they paid me an out bonus for a claim free policy.<br> <br> I got a call sometime this month(September) where they were offering me a life insurance that comes with an out bonus if I do not claim for 15 years, I told them I do not want the insurance as I have other life insurances, I mentioned many times on the phone that I do not want additional insurance as I already have two insurance with the company.<br> <br> all of a sudden the insurance monthly debit has increased from R1300 to R1500 I mean how the hell does that happen.<br> <br> No communication or what so ever was made to me , not even updated contract document policies were sent to me.<br> <br> For a client that has not claimed for more than 3 years, what is the increase for?<br> <br> I am already considering changing insurances I feel that I am paying a lot and instead of my monthly premium to decrease it is increasing without my knowledge.<br> <br> I will never accept to be ********** like that other insurances are offering the same benefits with a reasonable amount at my age considering that I have never claimed.<br> <br> Nxa
