Policy being cancelled without a solution being found
I am currently under my mothers policy for my car insurance and had 2 incidents that i had to claim which were not my fault. 1st claim was for my buckled rims which were approved and the second claim was for my bumper that was hit by an UberEats motorbike. Now because of those 2 claims, the policy is being cancelled. Why is that when i didn't cause any of the problems and i was informed to claim from my policy and leave Outsurance to deal with Uber?

We fully understand the way you feel. Having a policy cancelled as a result of multiple claims, is naturally a major inconvenience, but if some incidents claimed for were no fault of yours, it aggravates the situation.
Our client care manager, Shaheed contacted you yesterday. Our decision to cancel the policy was a result of four claims submitted with the last four months.
Shaheed had a follow up discussion with you after we reviewed the matter and we are pleased to know the policy was reinstated with some amendments.
