This morning on lonehill blv the traffic was ********** .. to my surprise I saw way.. The outsurance pointsmen was standing ever so calmly on the side walk whilst traffic backed up on all 4 stops.. usually they are a huge help and it's always greatly appreciated but this morning was a bit of a disappointment..
