<p>Why do you still have me listed as a client on the credit bereau? Why is your name still popping up? Last complaint you promised to rectify the problem and give me feedback. Never heard anything since. Next i am laying a complaint wih the ombudsman</p>

I've tried to make contact on the number provided but unfortunately I was not successful. I've forwarded you the emails with the relevant feedback we received from the credit bureaus.
Please be so kind to send us the details of the credit Bureau who did not update the details in order to follow up.
