Please cancel my policy
I called them to cancel the funeral cover policy last week Friday and I didn't receive any proof that it has been canceled and now I receive a message that
OUTSURANCE and SHOPRITE Funeral OT*** Hi, your premium was returned by your bank. We will deduct R 92.92 from your account on 17/03/2025 to start your cover from this date. Please ensure that there are sufficient funds in the account to allow for this deduction.
Why because because I canceled this cover on Friday 28-02-2025 the Consultant name is Nonhle was the one who was assisting me with all due respect please cancel that policy
